Please take note of your return ticket number: XXXXXXXXX Within the next business day you will get 2 e-mails from us, the first e-mail is a notification for the warranty replacement order and the second e-mail will have 2 return documents and a return guide in a .pdf file attached. Once you receive the return documents, print it out and call our courier to pick up the unit.
Please pack your unit properly to avoid damage, you will send just the unit alone and do not include any other materials that are useful to you like the power adapter or power cable since you will not be able to recover them if you send them to us. After we get the unit from you, expect to get the new replacement within the next 3-5 business days. If you have any question regarding the RMA process, please let me know.
