Ive tried those very expensive hitachi and panasonic, the rice is more "stand up". i think good quality rice is more important than the cooker :onion42:

Yes, they claim there is a little bit of the fied skin at the bowl side and the smell of the rice is elevated.

Yes, I think the raw materials - rice - is the most important follow by the cooking technique.

同事有用象印 IH 飯煲 (兩年前 model),
未用象印 IH 飯煲前, 佢用普通飯煲煮日本國產米食
用左象印 IH 飯煲後, 佢話用泰國米已經有日本國產米果種好食
