呢隻碟嘅主菜當然係「深夜食堂」嘅主題曲，但其實成隻碟刀好正，風格統一，大部份歌用兩種配樂: 一支結他 or 手風琴 + clarinet/tuba 配合一把滄桑嘅男聲, 整體上給人一種「豆腐火腩飯，男人的浪漫」嘅感覺
