我也不會選擇要上二層以上(即三層高)的屋作退休之用

最重要是有合適位置攪 HiFi 及 AV
即最合理的大小佈局及盡量合乎黃金比例
減少將來要花大量時間、精神、金錢 ..... 去處理駐波等問題
最好是比我現在的 HiFi/AV 佈局稍大，200~300 呎為目標

有車房係屋內嗰間係最低級及最便宜啊
因為大部份的屋也有前後花園，亦連一至二個屋外獨立有蓋車房及二個無蓋泊位
以上没有係屋的平面圖則顯示，在整體 Master Site Plan 才有明確佈局
即每間屋一般可放四架車的
