DD你果度可能滑太多而硬

低頭族小心肩頸僵硬痠痛、「猿背」上身。一名20多歲女大生長期低頭滑手機,雙肩斜方肌隆起,肩膀厚實猶如金剛猩猩,加上近來天冷,她竟肩頸僵硬到頸部無法轉動,一度以為不明原因癱瘓。

收治病例的彰化基督教醫院復健科主治醫師劉森永說,女大生每天約用12小時手機上臉書、傳LINE或玩遊戲,導致雙肩隆起,遭同學戲稱是在練健美的「金剛芭比」;且右手手指末端發麻,檢查她頸椎椎間盤已壓迫頸椎神經,經用藥、熱敷、復健才緩解症狀。
台北市立聯合醫院中興院區復健科主任武俊傑說,近2周天冷,肩頸僵硬患者約增2至3成,建議可用毛巾沾40℃溫水熱敷改善,每次約15至20分鐘,一旦頸部無法轉動、手麻,應速就醫。(沈能元/台北報導)
