識人鍾意飲日本清酒的, 都係強調"新鮮"
放得太耐, 個香氣流失應該好大, 而且清酒對溫度反應比紅酒更勁, 所以好少放好耐
我知清酒都有D叫"古酒", 但係未飲過, 真係唔知係乜...
