Ukraine crisis: 親俄叛軍 火箭襲烏克蘭 港口 Mariupol 城

烏克蘭官員今天(24日)表示，親俄羅斯叛軍今天朝烏國政府軍掌控的港口城市馬立波(Mariupol)住宅區發射格勒式(Grad)火箭，目前已經造成至少30人死亡；叛軍早先曾揚言要加強對基輔當局的攻勢。
馬立波是亞速海(Sea of Azov)的濱海城市，人口約50萬人。馬立波當局表示，格勒式火箭擊中了東南區的一座市場，近日來附近的道路已經遭受多次炮擊。
根據當地支持政府軍的志願軍團表示，今天的攻擊造成許多人受傷。
烏國東部頓內茨(Donetsk)叛軍領袖札哈成柯(Alexander Zakharchenko)在烏克蘭獨派網站貼文表示：「我方將不再推動任何停火談判。」他也警告，將指揮進行新的攻擊，以擴大控制區域。
烏克蘭政府23日表示，「俄羅斯恐怖主義團體」已跨越飽受戰火蹂躪的東部前緣、發動新一波的大規模攻勢。

華爾街日報：俄羅斯SB bank暫停提款
Russia’s SB Bank Stops Client Withdrawals
MOSCOW—Russian midsize lender SB Bank said on Monday that clients would be unable to withdraw money, the latest casualty of increasing strains on Russia’s banking system.
The bank, Russia’s 80th largest by assets, said on its website that it would no longer give cash to clients, without elaborating. Its press office couldn’t be reached for further comment....
