雪芳蛋糕成日都整唔成,會有一層沉左底唔好食,係咪因為蛋白打得太企呢?:-0

蛋白一定要打得企身,即係打好後拎起少少,尖尖要向上
另外混合蛋白與蛋黃/紅茶液體時,最好先加少少蛋白入去,攪勻後倒返入剩餘蛋白,小心攪拌,但記得一定要攪勻
焗咗咁多次,除咗第一次蛋白打唔夠企身失敗咗之外,次次都好成功
