Sending design information on the layout of electrical sockets and connections to the builder

Independent power main switch / discrete isolated electricity supply circuit arrangement .... ....

Conceal cable conduit .... ....

Acoustic and sound insulation treatment on wall / floor / door / windows / ceiling ..... .....

Floor heating .....

Yes, there are other optional treatments or finishes for selection on exterior and interior fixtures to fit personal taste or custom-made designs

Such as, add light colour corner brick or apply light colour surface render at front wall facade

But some people like the original raw brick finishes

外磚就以後唔洗煩 --> Brick surface also need to clean or it will collect dirts and turn dark or create efflorescence white patches

I may consider to add extra colourless surface treatment to avoid dirt collection and water absorption of the surface. The results may enable minimize the maintenance needs and more durable for maintaining the clean / consistent looking
